WARNING ABOUT SUBSCRIBING TO THE WORLD

1. A good showing
“There are those who desire
to make a good showing in the flesh” Galatians 6:12a

2. That they may not suffer persecution
“These would compel you to be circumcised
Only that they may not suffer persecution
For the cross of Christ“ Galatians 6:12b

3. That they may boast in the flesh
“For not even those who are circumcised keep the law,
But they desire to have you circumcised
That they may boast in the flesh” Galatians 6:13

“THE WORLD HAS BEEN CRUCIFIED TO ME”

1. No personal boasting Galatians 6:14a

2. If there is any boasting it is in Christ Galatians 6:14b

3. “The world has been crucified to me” Galatians 6:14c

4. Meaning:

a) The world and all its accolades are dead

b) The world and all its rules and lures are also dead

c) There is nothing in the world that is alluring anymore

 

PERSONAL PRINCIPLE II “AND I TO THE WORLD”

1. By choice

2. By identification

3. By faith

4. By understanding and applying the Will of God
